WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THERAPY?

  • Bring loose-fitting gym shorts or sweatpants; women should bring a tank/halter/sleeveless top (for shoulder/neck/upper back problems).
  • Workout/running shoes.
  • If you have a smartphone, bring it.  We will use it to video you performing your exercises so you won't have to worry about remembering them or understanding written instructions.  (If you don't have one, don't worry - I will video you and email you the files.)

DO I NEED ANYTHING ELSE?

  • Yes -- your wallet/checkbook.  (I know -- subtle...)
